§1 General Provisions

  1. These Terms of Service (hereinafter: „Terms”) form an integral part of the Terms of Service of aigato.pl (hereinafter: „Master Terms”) and govern the use of the publicly available Model Context Protocol server (MCP Public).
  2. By accessing or using the MCP Public service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Master Terms. Registration is not required.
  3. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Polish versions of these Terms, the Polish version shall prevail.

§2 Scope of Service

  1. MCP Public is a publicly accessible server compliant with the Model Context Protocol standard, providing information about services, procedures and products of businesses using the aigato.pl platform.
  2. MCP Public operates exclusively on publicly available data shared by aigato.pl customers. No confidential data is disclosed through MCP Public.

§3 Rate Limits

  1. Use of the MCP Public service is subject to the following rate limits:
    • (a) a maximum of 100 (one hundred) requests per minute per source;
    • (b) a maximum of 300 (three hundred) requests per hour per source;
    • (c) a maximum of 1,000 (one thousand) requests per day per source.
  2. Exceeding the limits set forth in paragraph 1 shall result in automatic temporary suspension of access to the service.
  3. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify rate limits at any time without prior notice.

§4 Prohibited Activities

  1. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
    • (a) mass querying of the MCP Public service, including but not limited to scraping, bulk queries and automated indexing;
    • (b) using data obtained from MCP Public for the purpose of building competing databases or services;
    • (c) circumventing rate limits by any means, including but not limited to IP address rotation, use of multiple access keys or any other technical methods designed to bypass the restrictions.

§5 Moderation and Service Availability

  1. The Service Provider reserves the right to block responses, request sources or entire IP address ranges at its sole discretion, without stating reasons and without prior notice.
  2. The Service Provider is under no obligation to ensure continuous availability of the MCP Public service and may restrict or discontinue it at any time.

§6 Data and Liability

  1. Responsibility for data made publicly available through MCP Public lies with the respective data owners — customers of the aigato.pl platform who entered such data into their Knowledge Bases and designated it as public.
  2. The Service Provider makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, timeliness, completeness or fitness for any particular purpose of information provided through MCP Public.
  3. The Service Provider’s liability in connection with the MCP Public service is subject to the limitations set forth in §10 of the Master Terms. In no event shall the Service Provider be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or business interruption.
